Performance Marketing Executive — Fresher | Lucknow (Work From Office)

Aduclick is expanding its Performance Marketing team in Lucknow and is hiring 10 freshers who want to build a career in digital advertising, media buying and performance marketing.

If you have completed Meta Ads and Google Ads certification or professional training and are looking for real hands-on experience on live advertising campaigns, we would like to hear from you.

Please note before applying: this is a full-time, work-from-office role in Lucknow. We are only considering candidates who are currently living in Lucknow. We are not offering relocation for this hiring round.

What you'll work on

- Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram)
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Run lead generation, sales, traffic and conversion campaigns
- Research audiences and build targeting strategies
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA and ROAS
- Analyse campaign data and identify optimisation opportunities
- Test creatives, audiences, placements and campaign structures
- Assist with budget allocation and campaign scaling
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Work with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Get live-campaign exposure across multiple industries and markets

Who should apply

- Freshers,



or up to 6 months of experience
- Completed Google Ads certification or professional training
- Completed Meta Ads / Meta Blueprint certification or professional training
- Understand the basics of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understand CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS
- Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Currently based in Lucknow and able to work from our office full-time
- Serious about a long-term career in performance marketing and media buying

Practical knowledge and learning ability matter more to us than previous work experience.

Added advantage

Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, custom and lookalike audiences, A/B testing, landing pages or Canva.
