About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Management, Graphic Design & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, creating content and strategies, running paid advertising campaigns, and analysing campaign performance across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage and grow client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content and coordinate with video editors and content writers to deliver high-quality content.
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and optimise lead-generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, advertising features, and digital marketing practices.




- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand marketing objectives and achieve campaign KPIs.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management and/or Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media content strategy and analytics.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
