We are looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to scale budgets efficiently without sacrificing ROAS. In this role, you will hold direct budget authority over our Facebook and Instagram campaigns while driving our organic creative strategy. You will bridge the gap between technical media buying and creative execution for a luxury consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Media Buying: Execute end-to-end purchase/conversion campaigns, scaling monthly budgets from $30k to $100k+ while keeping CPA and ROAS in check.
Tracking & Infrastructure: Manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) setups, ensuring high event-match quality and tracking accuracy.
Campaign Optimization: Build structured retargeting funnels, custom audiences, and strict exclusion rules to eliminate ad waste.
Reporting: Track daily metrics and deliver weekly reports on ad spend, revenue, and blended ROAS.
Content & Creative Testing: Plan UGC Reels, static product ads, and promotional offers. Maintain a rapid creative testing pipeline in collaboration with photographers.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad budgets of $30,000–$100,000+/month.
Experience in high-AOV, luxury, fashion, or jewelry e-commerce sectors.
Solid grasp of CAPI, attribution setups, and technical pixel troubleshooting.
