Do you know how to make high-converting Reels and read a CAPI attribution report? We are seeking a hybrid Marketer to own both our paid growth engine and our visual social identity. You’ll collaborate directly with photographers and creators while pulling the levers on large-scale Meta ad accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Paid Growth: Scale Meta acquisition campaigns ($30k–$100k+/month) targeting high-intent luxury buyers.
- Lead Creative Direction: Coordinate shoot schedules with photographers, script UGC content, and build engaging short-form video ads.
- Optimize Content: Test recent angles, ad formats, and copy variants to beat creative fatigue and boost conversion rates.
- Community Engagement: Oversee our organic channels,
ensuring consistent brand voice and daily audience interaction.
- Technical Maintenance: Ensure full attribution visibility via Meta CAPI and custom pixel tracking.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record scaling luxury/fashion/e-commerce brands via Facebook & IG Ads.
- Dual competency: Strong analytical media-buying skills paired with a creative eye for social content.
- Experience with Meta Pixel & Conversions API integration.
