About The Role

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist/ Performance Marketer to oversee our paid advertising and creative presence. The ideal candidate will combine performance-driven Meta media buying with creative social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Meta Ads Management
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end Facebook and Instagram purchase and conversion campaigns.
- Budget &
- Scaling: Own ad spend, managing and scaling monthly budgets from $30,000 to $100,000+ while maintaining ROAS targets.
- Technical Infrastructure: Maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) setups, ensuring event match quality and tracking integrity.
- Retargeting &
- Scaling: Execute retargeting logic across website visitors, video viewers, and customer lists while applying explicit audience exclusions.
- Reporting: Deliver daily monitoring and weekly reports detailing spend, revenue, blended ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Social Media &
- Content Management
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and oversee content across social platforms, including Reels, UGC,



static product shots, and offers.
- Creative Testing: Maintain a structured creative testing cadence to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Media &
- Photography Coordination: Coordinate with photographers and visual creators to produce consistent, high-quality content.
- Community &
- Engagement: Manage organic social media activity and maintain active channel engagement.

Requirements

- Proven Meta Spend Experience: Direct experience holding budget authority on Meta accounts spending $30,000 to $100,000+ per month.
- Category Background: Experience in high-AOV e-commerce sectors such as jewelry, watches, or luxury fashion.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with Conversions API (CAPI) and attribution setups.
- Dual Skillset: Proven capability in managing media buying alongside creative social media content execution.
