The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can plan, execute and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google. You will own the complete performance funnel - from audience strategy and creative testing to tracking, optimisation and lead quality. The role is ideal for someone who is analytical, commercially aware and comfortable working closely with founders, sales and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimise lead-generation and conversion campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Own campaign structure, audience segmentation, keyword strategy, bidding, budgets and daily performance optimisation.

Drive qualified enquiries for full-home furniture, bespoke furniture, hospitality projects and B2B partnerships across priority cities.

Track and improve core metrics including spend, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, CAC, ROAS and lead-to-sale conversion.

Build a disciplined testing calendar for creative formats, hooks, copy, audiences, offers and landing pages.

Translate campaign data into clear creative briefs and work with the design/content team to produce higher-performing ads.

Set up and maintain accurate tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, UTMs and relevant conversion events.

Connect marketing performance with lead quality and sales outcomes using Zoho CRM, WhatsApp and website enquiry data.

Prepare concise weekly reports with insights, learnings, budget recommendations and next actions - not just metric dumps.

Monitor competitors,



platform changes and emerging opportunities without chasing trends that do not support business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably with a D2C, e-commerce, interiors, real-estate, luxury or premium consumer brand.

Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets independently and improve ROAS, CAC or CPL through structured optimisation.

Practical understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, GA4, GTM and performance dashboards.

Comfort with numbers, experimentation and making decisions from imperfect data.

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with founders, salespeople, designers and content creators.

A portfolio or case studies showing actual campaign budgets, approach and results.

Success in This Role Will Be Measured By

Lead quality across retail, complete-home, hospitality and B2B enquiries.
