? What will you do?

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from Hire to Retire.
- Handle employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and organizational changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data across relevant systems.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and HR documentation.
- Handle and resolve employee & manager HR queries within agreed SLAs.
- Interpret and apply global and local HR policies and procedures.
- Support complex HR cases and coordinate with Centers of Expertise where required.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and Contact Center teams.




- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

⭐ What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / HR Shared Services.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in HR.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle / Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience working with HR systems / HR technology.
- Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in an international / multicultural environment.

?? Dutch Language – Mandatory

Professional fluency in Dutch is mandatory – both written and verbal.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

- Handling employee and manager queries in Dutch
- Working with Dutch HR documentation
- Supporting Netherlands-based employees / HR processes
