Job Overview

Stallentis IT is looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Pega experience, excellent architecture and solution-design skills, and experience providing technical leadership to Pega development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega applications.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance to Pega development teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Pega solutions.
- Lead and mentor Pega developers and review technical designs.
- Work on Pega Case Management, workflows, integrations, and application design.
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, architecture standards, performance, and scalability.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
- Participate in solution design, technical reviews, troubleshooting, and stakeholder discussions.

Mandatory Requirements
- 7–8 years of hands-on Pega application development and architecture experience.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega solutions.




- Experience leading Pega development teams and providing architectural guidance.
- Robust knowledge of Pega Case Management, Workflows, Integrations, and Application Design.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture and development best practices.
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification – BOTH PARTS MANDATORY.
- LSA Part 1 – LSA Architecture Exam: Completed
- LSA Part 2 – LSA Application Design & Build Exam: Completed

Important Certification Requirement Candidates must have completed BOTH LSA Part 1 and LSA Part 2.

Candidates with only Part 1 OR only Part 2 will NOT be considered.

Candidates having only CSA / CSSA / SSA / PCSSA certification without completed LSA certification will not be considered for this position.

Candidate Requirements

- Immediate joiners only.
- Must be willing to work from office in Hyderabad 5 days a week.
- Must be available for a Face-to-Face interview in Hyderabad.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Up to ₹30 LPA, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
