Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable peer reviewers for research papers based on subject expertise.
- Search academic databases, Google Scholar, university websites and researcher profiles to identify potential reviewers.
- Evaluate reviewers based on their research interests, publications, institutional affiliation and subject expertise.
- Match suitable reviewers with submitted manuscripts.
- Maintain and update the reviewer database.
- Verify reviewer profiles and academic credentials.
- Coordinate with the editorial team regarding reviewer selection.
- Contact and follow up with potential reviewers regarding review assignments.
- Track reviewer acceptance,



responses and review completion.
- Maintain accurate records of reviewer assignments and communication.
- Ensure confidentiality of manuscripts and reviewer information.
- Support the editorial team in maintaining an effective peer-review process.

- Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience, preferably in academic/journal publishing.
- Understanding of research papers and academic disciplines.
- Strong online research and information-searching skills.
- Ability to identify researchers based on their publications and expertise.
- Good knowledge of Google Scholar and academic/researcher profiles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and email.
- Ability to manage multiple manuscripts and reviewer assignments.

Preferred Background
- Candidates with experience in academic publishing, journal publishing, peer-review operations, editorial coordination or research publication will be preferred.
