Job Tittle: Global Payroll Specialist
Position Overview:
Pixis is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Global Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Global Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries, including but not limited to the United States, Europe, and Asia.
● Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies.
● Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires,
terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
● Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
● Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country.
● Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements in each country and update payroll processes accordingly.
● Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies or issues raised by employees or stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
● Collaborate with external payroll service providers, tax advisors,
and legal counsel to ensure compliance and address complex payroll matters.
● Maintain payroll records, documentation, and confidentiality of employee information in compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in global payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company or payroll service provider.
● Deep understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
● Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and MS Excel.
● Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
● Certification in payroll administration (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus.
