About the Role:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Doctor Referral Marketing Executive to strengthen our hospital’s referral network and drive patient inflow through effective relationship management with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, general physicians, and specialty doctors to generate patient referrals.
Identify and visit clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical practitioners to promote hospital services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth referral and patient experience.
Conduct marketing activities, such as CME programs, camps, and doctor engagement events.




Track and analyze referral data to evaluate performance and identify growth prospects.
Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, feedback, and lead conversions.
Collaborate with the corporate and digital marketing teams for local brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, or any related field.
0–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing, preferably in doctor referral / B2B healthcare sales.
Robust communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits and field activities.
Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.
