• Support customers with claims, policy servicing, and other insurance-related requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Stay updated on LIC products, industry developments, and financial planning concepts.
• Maintain professional ethics and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
