Praanaa Pain Clinic operates across Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Vijayawada. We are looking for ambitious and fresh graduates who want to grow in patient counselling.
The opportunity
- Become the first point of guidance for patients calling from across Karnataka.
- Understand their concerns and explain treatment options clearly over the phone.
- Help patients confidently take the right next step in their care.

- This is an in office role at our Whitefield clinic, with all patient counselling conducted over the phone.
What you’ll do
- Listen carefully and understand each patient’s pain journey.
- Explain treatments in simple language with guidance from the medical team.
- Clarify the treatment process, costs and clinic visits.
- Collect medical reports for the doctors to review.
- Follow up, resolve doubts and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of every patient conversation.

- Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.

- Previous counselling experience is welcome, but not compulsory—your attitude and matter more than your previous job title.
Non-negotiable qualities You must be coachable, hardworking, accountable and self-manageable—with the ability to take complete ownership and follow through without repeated reminders.
Your primary role will be patient counselling.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
