We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Telemedicine Executive with strong communication skills in Bengali . The role involves coordinating with patients throughout their treatment journey, providing virtual assistance, managing follow-ups, handling patient queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Patient Coordination:

Maintain and regularly update patients’ treatment history and records.

Coordinate with patients before admission and after discharge.

Communicate with patients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely patient support and follow-ups.

Virtual Patient Assistance Provide virtual assistance and follow-up support for:

Exercise follow-ups

Pharmacy follow-ups

Medication follow-ups

Tests and scans

Homecare services

Ensure patients receive timely guidance and support throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Queries & Feedback Handle patient queries professionally and provide assistance as required.

Collect and manage patient feedback.

Identify and handle patient escalations effectively.





Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve issues and improve the patient experience.

Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up activities.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on completed tasks.

Ensure patient information and treatment-related records are updated accurately.
