Patent Specialist A leading European manufacturer establishing its India shared-services centre

Location: Remote (India)

Requirements are direct: 3 to 7 years working on patent filings, prior art, or invention disclosures, a background in engineering or a technical science, and comfort reading technical drawings and specs. Prior work at a manufacturer, patent agency, or IP consultancy is a plus but not required.

What you'll do

You will review invention disclosures from engineering teams, run prior-art searches,



and draft the technical sections of patent applications for outside counsel to finalise. You will track filing deadlines across jurisdictions and keep engineers looped in on where their disclosures stand.
