As a Partnerships Lead, you will be at the core of PolicyBazaar’s mission to democratize healthcare affordability. You will drive strategic alliances between insurance providers, drive business initiatives and EMI financial services, simplifying the payment journey for millions. Your objective is to ensure that high-quality health insurance is accessible through innovative and flexible financing models.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Management

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships with top-tier insurers and financial institutions.
- Integrate EMI solutions seamlessly into existing and new health insurance products.

2. Strategic Scaling

- Identify untapped partner networks and market opportunities to grow the Health and EMI business segments
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to expand the current ecosystem

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Tech, and Operations teams
- Oversee technical integrations (APIs) to ensure a friction-free user experience

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation

- Manage high-level relationships with external partners.




- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

5. Optimization & Problem Solving

- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the partnership funnel.
- Implement solutions to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Technical & Professional Background

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree from a reputed institution. A technical foundation is necessary to understand fintech APIs and product architecture.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Fintech, Insurtech, or a high-growth startup environment.
