About the Opportunity

-SmiloData is looking for experienced technology professionals who are interested in sharing their real-world industry knowledge with the next generation of technology talent.

-We are hiring Part-Time Technical Trainers to conduct on-site, practical training sessions for college students in Chennai.

-This is not purely a classroom/theoretical trainer position. We are specifically looking for professionals who have worked on real projects, handled production environments, and possess solid end-to-end hands-on expertise in their respective technology areas.

Training Areas should have strong expertise in one or more of the following:

-Data Analytics

SQL

Power BI / Data Visualization

Data Analysis & Reporting

Real-world analytics use cases

Business-focused data interpretation

-Data Engineering

ETL / ELT

Data Pipelines

Data Warehousing

Cloud Data Platforms

Databricks / Azure / AWS exposure

Real-time / batch data processing

-Snowflake

Snowflake Architecture

Data Warehousing & Data Modeling

Data Loading & Transformation

Performance Optimization

Hands-on project implementation

Snowflake best practices

Who We're Looking For

-Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry experience





-Strong end-to-end hands-on technical expertise

-Experience working on real-world / production projects

-Strong understanding of practical implementation, troubleshooting and industry use cases

-Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically to college students

-Good communication, presentation and mentoring skills

-Ability to conduct interactive and hands-on sessions

-Previous training or mentoring experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

-Industry experience matters more to us than traditional trainer experience.

Engagement Details The training will be conducted on-site for college students in Chennai on a part-time basis.

This opportunity can particularly suit experienced professionals who are:

-Working in US/UK shifts and available during suitable daytime hours

-Independent consultants/freelancers

-Immediately available
