About the Role:

We are looking for empathetic and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Parent Relationship Associates. In this role, you will interact with parents, understand student learning needs, and guide them toward suitable educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talk with parents and understand student concerns
- Explain our learning programs and services
- Monitor and coordinate day to day student time tables
- Guide parents toward the right learning path
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain relationships
- Coordinate with internal academic/support teams
- Achieve performance targets through meaningful engagement
- Tutor hiring and Training
- Create Social media contents such as reels and shorts in story telling format.
- Evaluate and develope tech solutions for student learning needs

Skills Required:
