Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paid Assistant to support our Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance functions. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in accounting work, preparation of compliance-related workings, reconciliations, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally/Accounting Software
- Passing accounting entries including sales, purchase, expenses, bank, and journal entries
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Assisting in preparation of financial statements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in a CA Firm preferred
- Good knowledge of Accounting principles




- Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST & TDS
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates who have worked in a CA firm will be preferred
- CA Intermediate students/Dropouts with relevant experience may also apply
- Should have practical exposure to taxation and accounting assignments
