Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

- Monitor packaging activities to ensure accuracy in filling, labeling, sealing, and batch coding.

- Ensure packaging is carried out as per SOPs, quality standards, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.

- Allocate manpower effectively and monitor team productivity.

- Maintain daily packaging reports, production records, and packaging material consumption.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of finished goods and packaging materials.

- Monitor packaging machines and coordinate with the maintenance team for any breakdowns.

- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, housekeeping, and 5S practices.

- Train packaging operators on work procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) standards.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Qualification

- Experience: 2–3 years
