About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations at our Moradabad facility. The ideal candidate will have strong team management skills, experience in packaging quality control, and a working understanding of furniture and décor finishes, including powder coating and PVD.

This role requires the ability to identify colours and finish types from product photographs, approved samples, and specifications, and ensure the correct products are packed and dispatched.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise packaging staff, assign daily tasks, and manage workflows to meet production and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure products are safely packed, correctly labeled, and prepared for shipment according to company and customer requirements.
- Check product colours, finishes, and overall appearance against approved photographs, physical samples, and order specifications before packaging.
- Identify visible finishing defects, including scratches, uneven coating, colour variations, and surface marks,



and coordinate with the finishing team to resolve them.
- Select suitable packaging materials and handling methods to protect powder-coated, PVD-coated, and other finished surfaces.
- Monitor packaging quality, material usage, and inventory to minimize damage, wastage, and delays.
- Train team members on packaging standards, product handling, quality checks, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with production, finishing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain packaging records and reports, and suggest improvements in efficiency and product presentation.

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in packaging supervision, preferably in furniture, décor, or handicraft manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of powder coating, PVD, and other furniture and décor finishes.
- Ability to recognize colours and finish types using product photographs and reference samples, with final checks against approved physical samples and specifications.
- Strong supervisory, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, quality control procedures, and protected handling practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Moradabad.
