About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Business Analyst with strong expertise in OutSystems, Salesforce, and the Banking/Financial Services domain .

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and supporting the delivery of scalable digital solutions using the OutSystems platform.

The candidate should have hands-on experience working on multiple OutSystems implementation projects and be comfortable managing requirements, facilitating workshops, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting solution design, and coordinating UAT and business validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discovery sessions .
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional/technical specifications .
- Work closely with OutSystems developers, architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Define and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and product backlogs .
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies .
- Support solution design by translating business requirements into functional workflows and solution requirements.
- Identify dependencies, integration requirements, business rules, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration requirements involving external systems and APIs .
- Develop UI/UX wireframes, screen flows,



prototypes, and workflow designs to communicate business requirements effectively.
- Work closely with Salesforce teams to understand and document CRM workflows, business processes, data requirements, and integration requirements .
- Analyze and document integration points between OutSystems, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems .
- Prepare detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and business validation criteria .
- Coordinate with business users during UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and solution adoption.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across business, product, design, development, QA, and architecture teams.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience .
- Minimum 2–3 OutSystems implementation projects .
- Strong hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst on OutSystems projects .
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation .
- Solid knowledge of business process mapping and workflow analysis .
- Experience creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specifications, and Backlog Items .
- Salesforce experience is mandatory .
- Experience with Salesforce business process mapping, CRM workflows, and integration requirements .
- Strong experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain is mandatory .
- Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and external enterprise systems .
- Knowledge of UI/UX wireframing and workflow design .
- Experience preparing UAT scenarios and coordinating business-user validation .
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro , or similar collaboration and project-management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
