Job Summary:
As a BI Manager at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of our data products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, define product vision, and deliver creative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
What You'll Do:
Lead the development and management of data products, including data analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and define product vision
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify prospects for product enhancements and recent features
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals and customer needs
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of data products
Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders and external clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and product development
What You've Done:
