Role Description:

- Add potential authors - founders, leaders, experts & creators - to our existing roster of clients.
- Build and sustain partnerships across publishing, media, brands & communities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across content, email, social, and events.
- Take responsibility of our campaigns for Moments, our books & authors.
- Build cultural conversations through media, events, IPs & experiences.

What success looks like in this role:

- Increasingly interesting and high-quality books and projects coming into the pipeline.
- More strategic and impactful partnerships.
- Expanding recognition of Moments as the go-to for a book worth writing.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 1-2 years of experience in BD, partnerships, sales, or marketing in publishing, media, or any relationship-driven industry.
- Has a proven track record of building relationships and converting opportunities into outcomes.
- Is a solid communicator, storyteller & people person.
- Is curious, proactive & self-driven.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
