Role Description The Outreach Assistant is an on-site role based in East Godavari, supporting the university’s engagement with prospective students, parents, community organizations, and industry partners. The role involves coordinating outreach events, information sessions, and campus visits, as well as responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about academic programs and opportunities.

The Outreach

Assistant will assist in developing outreach materials, maintaining contact databases,



and collecting feedback to improve engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with academic and administrative teams, supporting community outreach campaigns, and preparing reports on outreach activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide timely, courteous, and accurate support to students, parents, and visitors.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to plan, coordinate, and participate in events and initiatives that promote the university.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to gather and analyze information on outreach effectiveness, community needs, and competitor activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in communications, education, social sciences, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural academic environment and to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic data management; prior experience in educational outreach or admissions support is an advantage.
