We're Hiring – Outlet Supervisors (Cakewala, Bangalore)

Cakewala, a popular bakery & confectionery retail chain, is looking for proactive Outlet Supervisors to lead store operations and drive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations & hygiene
- Manage staff, scheduling & discipline
- Drive sales targets & customer satisfaction
- Ensure product display, stock control & FIFO
- Handle billing, cash management & reporting
- Coordinate with commissary, HR & maintenance teams

Requirements:

- 4–6 years in retail/QSR/bakery operations
- Solid communication & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multi-cultural staff
- Knowledge of inventory & basic FSSAI hygiene norms
