? WE’RE HIRING | ORM EXECUTIVE – GOVERNMENT DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS

? Kolkata / Howrah | 2–3 Years Experience

We’re looking for an ORM Executive to manage online reputation, citizen conversations and digital responses for a large-scale government digital communications programme.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor conversations, comments, mentions and discussions across social media, Google and other digital platforms .

- Track public sentiment, emerging issues, complaints, misinformation and reputational risks in real time.

• Respond to citizen/user queries and comments with accurate, timely and appropriate communication .

- Escalate sensitive, high-risk or politically relevant issues to the appropriate teams.

• Coordinate with Content, Social Media, Trend & Analysis, PR and Project teams to develop responses and communication interventions.

- Maintain issue trackers and daily ORM reports covering sentiment, response status, recurring concerns and emerging narratives.
- Identify recurring citizen concerns and provide inputs to improve content and communication strategy.
- Support real-time response during campaigns,



announcements, crises and high-volume conversations.
- Ensure responses follow approved communication guidelines, tone and escalation protocols.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in ORM, social media engagement, community management or digital communications.

• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and online communities .

• Excellent written communication in Bengali and English ; Hindi preferred.

- Strong judgement, listening skills and ability to handle sensitive conversations.

• Experience in government communications, public affairs, political campaigns, large-scale public communication or social-impact projects is an advantage.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-time setting with tight response timelines.
