We are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune!

Location: Pune

Experience: 1+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA / ₹5.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Work Mode: Work From Office

Levels: JL 2A / JL 3A

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment

Handle customer orders, booking activities and billing-related queries

Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience is preferred

Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage

Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders

Prepare reports and perform analysis using MS Excel

Support process training and structured learning sessions

Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials

Key Requirements





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Comfortable working from office
- Shipping / Logistics industry experience preferred
