Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment ✅ Handle customer orders, booking activities and billing-related queries ✅ Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience is preferred ✅ Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage ✅ Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders ✅ Prepare reports and perform analysis using MS Excel ✅ Support process training and structured learning sessions ✅ Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials ? Key Requirements ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities ✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts ✔ Comfortable working from office ✔ Shipping / Logistics industry experience preferred ?
