CST time zone to align with US retail operations. What We're Looking For Experience:

3+ years in customer/user support, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in

Micros Xstore . Database & Scripting Skills:

Proficiency in

T-SQL

/ SQL Server (2012/2016) and familiarity with

Python . Functional Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Xstore functionality, configuration, and retail enterprise environments. Integrations:

Familiarity with

JDA integration and enterprise financial systems. Problem-Solving Mindset:

Self-directed in troubleshooting with robust communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
