Job Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced Geospatial Manager – MAP with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Planning Cloud and Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). The role will be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, configuration, testing, optimization, and stakeholder management across global retail operations.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Retail Planning Cloud solutions.
n
- Configure and support Oracle RMS and related Oracle Retail applications.
n
- Work closely with business planners and merchandising teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Retail solutions.
n
- Drive Oracle Retail Suite testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
n
- Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
n
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across Oracle RMS, planning solutions, and analytical platforms.
n
- Develop solution documentation, process maps, and user guides.
n
- Partner with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.
n
- Support Oracle Retail Cloud lifecycle management, releases, environment coordination, and vendor interactions.
n
- Drive continuous improvement through optimization of planning rules, parameters, processes, and automation.
n
- Support change management, end-user training,



and adoption initiatives.
n
- Ensure compliance with enterprise controls, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- 11+ years of experience in Oracle Retail-focused roles.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Planning Cloud.
n
- Strong experience with Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System).
n
- Experience across large-scale Oracle Retail implementations.
n
- Strong understanding of product and location hierarchies.
n
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Retail testing, including test planning, execution, integration, and regression testing.
n
- Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud solution lifecycle, releases, and environment management.
n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
n
- Experience in retail merchandising, merchandise planning, forecasting, assortment planning, or inventory management is preferred.

nCertification

n

n
- Oracle Retail Implementation Specialist, or
n
- Relevant Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification.
n

nPreferred Candidate

nCandidates with experience as Oracle Retail Solution Architect, Oracle Retail Functional Lead, Oracle RMS Consultant, Oracle Retail Planning Consultant, or Oracle Retail Manager will be preferred.
