Roles and Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR processes to align with business requirements
- Manage Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud functional activities across the HR lifecycle
- Gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into Oracle HCM configurations
- Support implementation, testing, and issue resolution for Oracle HCM modules
- Work with HR and business teams to maintain stable and efficient HCM operations

Skills Required:

- 4 - 8 years of relevant Oracle HCM functional experience
- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Functional consulting experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environments
- Experience supporting enterprise HR processes and module configurations
- Experience with implementation, testing, and production support in Oracle HCM projects

Good to Have:
- Oracle HCM implementation experience
- Experience working as a functional consultant in HR technology programs

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
