Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud – Any one Module is Mandatory (Compensation, Advantages,Payroll) Location: Gurgaon/ Kolkata Experience- 4+ yrs We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in at least one core Oracle HCM Cloud module: Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
- Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.




- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
- Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new features.

Mandatory

Skills - Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.

- Expertise in at least one of the following modules:
- Oracle Compensation Cloud
- Oracle Benefits Cloud
- Oracle Payroll Cloud
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.
- Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
