nKey Responsibilities
n
n
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
n
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements.
n
- Conduct gap analysis and propose suitable Oracle HCM solutions.
n
- Participate in workshops, CRP sessions, testing, training, and deployment activities.
n
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
n
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
n
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
n
- Analyze and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.
n
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
n
n
nRequired Skills
n
n
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM applications with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
n
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules:

- Absence Management

- Compensation

- Performance Management

- Learning Management
n
- Recruitment (ORC)
n
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and testing.

- Knowledge of HCM security, BPM workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting.
n
- Experience working with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI is preferred.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
