- Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR processes
- Support end-to-end implementation activities from requirement analysis through go-live
- Prepare and execute functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression validation
- Coordinate integrations and issue resolution across HR and recruiting workflows
- Provide post-production support and hypercare for business-critical HR operations
Skills Required:
- 8 to 15 years of relevant Oracle HCM functional consulting experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, Core HR, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Working knowledge of Redwood framework and functional configuration in Oracle Cloud applications
- Experience supporting enterprise HR implementations with scalable process design and issue resolution
- Exposure to functional testing, SIT, UAT, go-live readiness, and production support in Oracle environments
