We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive in Ahmedabad who can handle both recent business acquisition and growth of existing accounts through strategic upselling of logistics and 3PL services.

Role Overview

This role focuses on two key responsibilities:
Acquiring new clients for our logistics services (Road Freight + 3PL)
Growing revenue from existing clients by upselling 3PL Storage and Distribution services





You will work closely with international clients in the Australian market and act as a key link between client needs and our logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Upselling (Existing Clients)
Identify opportunities to expand 3PL services within existing Road Freight clients
Understand client requirements across warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
Position NSEG as a complete logistics partner (Road Freight + 3PL solutions)
Build long-term, recurring revenue through bundled service offerings
Ensure strong account retention and growth
New Business Development (Acquisition Role)
Generate recent business through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting
Connect with decision-makers such as Logistics Managers and Supply Chain Heads in Australia
Conduct virtual meetings (Zoom / Teams) to present logistics solutions
Convert qualified leads into long-term clients
Client Relationship Management
