FIORI places heavy importance on a dynamic cocktail menu. You will be exposed to new ingredients, techniques, recipes frequently, while collaborating with other reputed mixologists. This would contribute to grow your learning and professional landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, set up, and operational on time as per SOPs.
Lead the preparation of cocktail components like batches, mixers, cordials, and syrups.
Oversee inventory management, including requisitions and restocking of bar items.
Control and maintain in-use stock inventory across all beverage outlets.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine lists, and bar setups.
Ensure adherence to grooming and uniform standards in line with company policies.
Provide exceptional, friendly, and welcoming service to elevate the guest experience.




Innovate and pioneer new cocktail recipes, ensuring the menu stays energetic and exciting.

Pre-requisites
Hotel management graduate / Bar school graduate.
Robust knowledge and execution experience on molecular techniques.
Robust knowledge on spirits.
Robust knowledge in setting up current bar areas.
3+ year of experience in well known bars or restaurants
