Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all construction activities for an assigned tower within a real estate project. The role is responsible for execution, quality, safety, coordination, and timely completion of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Take complete responsibility for end-to-end execution of the assigned tower.
Plan and monitor daily construction activities to meet project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams (QA/QC, safety, MEP, planning).
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity at site.




Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Review and close inspection requests (IRs), checklists, and quality records.
Coordinate MEP and finishing works to avoid clashes and delays.
Report daily and weekly progress to Project Manager / Construction Manager.
Support project planning, sequencing, and handover activities.

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
