We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standard recipes
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely
Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and café area




Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Ensure proper storage of ingredients
Inventory & Stock Handling
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
Inform the manager about shortages or wastage
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method
Equipment Maintenance
Clean and maintain coffee machines and tools regularly
Report any equipment issues immediately

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
