Production Planning & Execution
Plan and supervise daily production activities as per orders and schedules
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Monitor production output and minimize downtime
Team Management
Supervise tailors, cutters, helpers, and machine operators
Allocate work and ensure proper workflow on the production floor
Train workers on quality standards and safety practices
Quality Control
Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with the Quality team for inline and final inspections
Reduce defects, rework, and wastage
Process & Efficiency Improvement
Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Improve line balancing and productivity
Monitor KPIs like efficiency %, rejection %, and output per line
Material & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with stores for fabric, trims, and accessories availability




Ensure no production delay due to material shortages
Compliance & Safety
Ensure workplace safety standards are followed
Maintain compliance with audits (SEDEX, BSCI, etc. if applicable)
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily production reports
Report issues, delays, and solutions to management
Track order status and ensure timely dispatch

Key Skills Required
Solid knowledge of home têxtile products (bedding, cushions, table linen, etc.)
Understanding of stitching, cutting, finishing processes
Leadership and team handling skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of production planning and line balancing
Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
