Job responsibilities
Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availability
Assist in the monitoring of production settings for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
Identify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques - Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana
Experience in setting up, monitoring alerts and troubleshooting the issues




Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Exposure to AWS and Cloud architecture.
Robust verbal and written communication skills, able to co-ordinate with different Technical Teams
To be able to work independently as well as mentor the team for upskilling.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
Python scripting is a plus
Working understanding of public cloud
