Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday - Friday)
Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Visual Creation: Design engaging posts and stories using Canva; edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos.
Copywriting: Write skilled, creative, and error-free captions that resonate with our target audience.
Engagement: Manage daily community interactions, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Reporting: Use Excel to track and analyze weekly growth metrics, ensuring our strategy remains data-driven.
Discipline: Ensure all content is scheduled and posted on time, adhering to our office's standard 10:00 AM operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Experience:1 to 2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
Tools: Expert proficiency in Canva and mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, AI tools).
Data Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel & Docsfor performance reporting.
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
