Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of team-building strategies and initiatives.
Support team leaders in identifying training and development needs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team performance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of team development programs.
Collaborate with HR to align team development initiatives with organizational goals.
Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess team dynamics and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent course
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of team dynamics and development strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
