Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and create high-performing ad copies.
Analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Ensure compliance with advertising policies and best practices.
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages.

Requirements:
Fresher with positive knowledge of performance marketing OR 6+ months experience in paid advertising/performance marketing.
Understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CPA,



ROAS, and conversions.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
Positive communication and time-management skills.
Google Ads Certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
