Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Identify and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, inbound inquiries ,referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Manage the complete sales life cycle including pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

2.Marketing Campaigns & Outreach
Collaborate closely with content, design, and digital teams to launch performance-oriented campaigns.
Lead outreach initiatives for student onboarding, college collaborations, and mentor acquisition.

3.Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, prospects, and target customer segments.
Analyze competitor strategies, offerings, and positioning to recommend improvements in messaging and sales
approach.
Share on-ground market insights and client feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.





4.Social Media & Engagement
Coordinate with the social media team on campaign planning, content ideas, and performance tracking.
Support community engagement initiatives and gather audience feedback across digital platforms.

5.CRM & Lead Management
Manage ,track, and update leads, follow-ups, and deal stages within the CRM system.
Monitor sales pipelines and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date sales data for reporting and analysis.

6.Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with content writers, designers, marketing, and product teams to align sales and marketing initiatives.
Participate in regular strategy discussions ,review meetings, and performance evaluations with internal stakeholders.

7.Reporting&Documentation;
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales targets, campaign perform
