We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in the Courier/Logistics industry. You will be responsible for client communication, shipment tracking, and coordinating with the operations team.
Key Tasks:
Track shipments using Air Waybills (AWB).
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure on-time service.
Resolve delivery issues and complaints promptly.
Requirements:
Must have experience in Courier/Logistics operations.:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English).
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
