We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to support customers in our retail showroom. The role involves assisting customers, handling queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally
Coordinate with sales and billing teams
Resolve basic customer issues and provide support
Maintain customer service standards at all times
