Key Responsibilities
Develop 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Create intricate interior and architectural detail drawings.
Produce high-fidelity 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Provide in office supervision to ensure designs are executed accurately.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized institution.

Software Proficiency:
Drafting: Expert in AutoCAD.
3D Modeling: Proficient in SketchUp or 3ds MAX.
Rendering: Hands-on experience with Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render, or Corona.
Presentation: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentations.

Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction techniques.
Ability to manage 3D workflows and rendering engines.
Knowledge of BOQ and site supervision is a significant advantage.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of qualified experience in a similar architectural or interior design role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
