Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Vizag (In office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Market and place bench consultants across various technologies.
Identify C2C job requirements from job portals, vendors, LinkedIn, and direct clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners.
Submit consultants to relevant job openings and follow up on interviews and feedback.
Maintain and update a vendor list and requirement pipeline.
Communicate with consultants daily regarding job searches and interview preparation.
Track submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting.
Positive understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, USC, GC, OPT/CPT).
Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Pay: ₹15,049.33 - ₹42,656.61 per month
