Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client outreach.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
Present, promote, and sell company services to prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Experience & Skills
Confident communicating with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Strong English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS Band 7 or above).
Previous experience in sales, or business development.
Solid communication,



presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong document control and coordination experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Experience using Zoho, accounting software, and cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox.
Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory depending on role).
